The cosmopolitan, Isabel Lounge, opened recently at the Hilton Copacabana Rio de Janeiro location.
The open air rooftop lounge is located on the 39th floor of the hotel and brings a new location to visit for locals and visitors alike. Laura Castagnini, general manager, Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana wants this to be a landmark spot.
Views from the lounge include Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Copacabana beach. With access allowed to non-guests by reservation only it will definitely become a perk of staying there.
With Brazilian Chef Pablo Ferreyra at the helm and directing his staff towards local cuisine and flavor we look forward to hearing the reviews.
Using local fish, meats and plant based recipes the are looking to represent the regions cuisine and culture. Look for this to be paired with signature cocktails and fresh “To-Share” dishes.
